How do I configure my Android phone for my email accounts?

NOTE: These instructions were written for Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean)

1. Choose Applications > Email > New Account
2. Enter your Username and Password
3. For this example we are going to use Name@Domain.com please replace them with your Username and Password
4. Select "Manual Setup"
   
5. Select "IMAP Account"
   
6. Verify that your settings are correct
7. By default Android will not include your domain to the Username field. You will have to add this.
8. In the "IMAP Server" box Replace YourMailServer with the mail server that your domain uses You can find out which mail server you are on by contacting me
9. Change Security Type to "SSL"
10. Leave the IMAP prefix blank and Select "Next"
    
11. Verify that your settings are correct
12. In the "SMTP Server" box Replace YourMailServer with the mail server that your domain uses
13. Change Security Type to "SSL"
    
14. Set your Sync Options
    
15. Name your Account and set your Display Name
    
16. Congratulations! Your E-mail is now set up on your Android device!
