Q. How do I present the information to the designer that I want displayed in my site?

  A. The best way to present your information to the designer would be to type out or have someone type out what you want on each page for example: I want the home page to have “ A Blessed Bouquet has been in business for 20 years “. For the contact page I would like for it to read “You may contact me bla bla bla “You get the picture. The designer may consider typing the content for you depending on the amount at no charge. The best way to type and save your document is in Microsoft Word. Save the document as a word document and save the document to disk. If your site is a reconstruction text is normally already on your site, this does not apply unless you will be adding text.

If you have items you wish to display such as pictures etc. to sell, the best way to present the items to be displayed is to take pictures of the items using a solid background whenever in doubt white is usually the best way to go. Have the item sitting on a flat surface. If you have taken the pictures with a digital camera download them and save them as jpg. Or if you took the pics with a 35 mm when you have them developed have the pics put on a CD . If you already have the pics or just had them developed the designer can scan them with no problem there may be a limit of pics. to be scanned then a charge will come in to play. It is imperative that the items to be displayed be taken using the same solid background and sitting an a flat surface.
