Return and Exchange Policy

You have 21 days from the date of shipping to receive a refund to your credit card, after which you will receive a store credit.

Merchandise must be received back to our store within 21 days, counting postal transit time from the date we ship it to you. Please note there are no exceptions to this 21 day rule.

All returned items must be in the original condition with tags attached.

We recommend you ship your return items via UPS, Fedex or other national shipping company, or via USPS.  We strongly recommend you insure the package in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.

Your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges will be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges and returns.  Shipping charges and return charges can not be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

All Domestic Orders (Orders shipped within the US ) are processed within 5 days of your order being placed. This means when you order, it may take 3-5 business days to package your order and ship it out. Please contact us if you need your package to ship immediately. We ship First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Orders of one item such as a Fashion Top will be shipped First Class Mail. Any orders of 3 or more garments automatically qualify for Priority Mail shipping at no additional cost to you.

* First Class Mail (Domestic Orders) arrives within 3-5 business days.
* Priority Mail (Domestic Orders) arrives within 2-3 business days.
* Air Mail (International Orders) usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

*Global Priority Mail (International Mail) usually arrives within 4-6 business days.

Please keep in mind that international orders may have longer delivery times depending on the Country's customs department.

$50.01-$150= $10.00
$150.01-$199.99= $10.00
$200 and up= $10.00

Expedited shipping is available. We use US Express Mail. Certain area do not qualify for Express shipping (1 Day delivery) Please check www.usps.com to see if your area qualifies prior to adding Express Charges to your order. It is best to contact us by phone (407) 287-7676 if you need your order to ship immediately so we are able to make arrangements for you. If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING, we will have to charge for Express Fees. Large orders usually ship PRIORITY mail for no additional charge.

International Shipping

All International Orders ship within one week (or sooner) of the order date. We use AIR MAIL which takes anywhere from 7-14 business days in delivery time. If expedited services are requested, please contact us by phone (407) 287-7676 to discuss the fees and method of shipping available.

We ship All International Orders by United Parcel Service. The UNITED PARCEL SERVICE is our primary method of shipping in the United States . International orders including Canada and Overseas are shipped by UPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We will ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
